Yes. There is a building at Mazgaon which consists of 30 floors which has
a basement and terrace in basement there are several shops and place for
garages. The place equivalent to 3 garages is used for electronic workshop,
which generates heat. At the result of which the wall of the building are
heated and this heat spreads in other walls and other part of the building
which generates heat in the body.
In high rise building it is mandatory to keep 7, 14, 21st floors as refugee floors which are to be kept vacant to enable the affected by earthquake or other disaster in the time of crises where they could be rescued by the fire brigade. However it is found that this refugee flats are used for non-residential purpose, some of them have electronic equipments for running the Music or internal antennas System, which also generates heat.
The unauthorized Antennas are also erected which affects the structural
stability of the building on account of unbearable load which was not originally
approved when the plans were submitted for the construction of the building,
the building or part of the building may have adverse effect.

Yes. Bharati Cellular Ltd., has filed a suit No.3948 of 2002 in Bombay
City Civil Court on 23rd July 2002 for declaration and enforcement of agreement
for equipment dated 2nd May 2002 entered into between the Company and Co-op.
housing Society and injunction restraining the Society from interfering
with commissioning or operating or maintaining the cellular operation and
for other relief.
Mr.H.C.Gandhi one of the founder member has made an application for joining as a party and opposing for interim relief on the ground that the Society has never entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff some of the persons falsely claim to be the members of managing committee and they have no right to do so. Mr.Gandhi has complaint that his wife who is more than 75 years of age has got pacemaker and her health is affected on the account of radiation. Now it appears that the Plaintiffs want to withdraw the suit and stop the operation. The matter is pending before His Honour Judge Mr.Tahilrahmani Tata Institute of Fundamental Research at Colaba and India Institute of Technical (IIT) at Powai has made research on this subject. |

| Ans | Electromagnetic waves like microwaves from mobile phones interact with the biomagnetic (pranic) field of sensitive brain cells, disturbing the genetic code and activating the oncogenes, hence increasing the predisposition to cancerous conditions. As the brain is a vital part of the central nervous system, mobile phones can cause or aggravate neurological conditions like epilepsy, cerebellar ataxia, Parkison’s disease, multiple sclerosis or Alzheimer’s disease. The best way to reduce the risk of radiation hazards to the discontinue
or reduce the use of items like mobile phones. However, with widespread
electromagnetic pollution of our atmosphere due to increasing nuclear technology,
all life forms are affected in varying degrees by these radiations. Biomagnetic
medicine (magnet therapy) can to some extent, help in protecting us from
the ill-effects of hazardous electromagnetic fields. Carefully controlled
static magnetic field supplied the brain and to waker organs and tissue
protect cellular tissue from hazardous environmental radiations. Moreover
exposing the indicated regions of the body (determined by the case history
and clinical tests) to stable magnetic fields maintains the biomagnetic
(pranic) integrity of tissue cells.
As about seventy per cent of tissue cells contain water, drinking magnetized water (water that has been exposed to a static magnetic field) forms an important part of magnet therapy in the maintenance of health. Magnet therapy plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of the hazardous effects of radiation. It is in the patients own interests to take any form of treatment under proposer medical guidance and supervision. |
